Call Steward automated system

Dear IATSE 63 Members,

We are delighted to announce that the Call Steward Automated System is now operational and ready for use.

After downloading the app to your smartphone, please follow these steps to register and activate your account within the system:


1.) Server Selection - From the first dropdown menu, select ".ca".


2.) Email - Enter the email address you have on file with Local 63.


3.) Password - Click on "Forgot Password" to receive a link to reset or set your password. Choose a password that you will remember.


4.) Once your password is established, go back and sign into the system.


Upon signing in, please update your profile, skill sets, and emergency contact information. You can even add your photo. Be sure to select how you would like to recieve notifications by email or sms.


The system is user-friendly. Watch for upcoming work calls by selecting "Wishlist", touch on the "Scheduled Jobs" tab and simply drag and drop the jobs you are available for from "scheduled jobs" into your "wish list box". You will be notified if you are selected based on your seniority or skill set seniority. Jobs that you are awarded based on skill set and seniority will then populate the first page of your Scheduled Jobs . This will make it easy to keep track of the jobs you are on by date.
