MCCH Stage Orientation Centennial Concert Hall Venue Orientation Tours Dates:

September 10-11, 2025 Times:

11:00 AM and 2:00 PM

daily Tour Schedule Venue orientation tours will be conducted twice daily:

●Morning Session: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM

●Afternoon Session: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Tour Participants will receive a comprehensive venue orientation covering:

●Complete facility tour of all venue areas

●Health and safety protocols and building policies

●Required basic toolkit specifications

●On-site working procedures and protocols

●Chain of command and lines of responsibility during calls

●Pit seating changeover procedures

●Setup and teardown protocols for in-house aluminum risers

Eligibility & Registration This orientation is complimentary and open to all IATSE members and permittees. Additional Information The tour provides essential knowledge for safe and efficient venue operations, ensuring all participants understand proper procedures and safety requirements for working at Centennial Concert Hall.
